Yono is a self-made musician who became completely immersed in playing the piano from the age of six. After graduating from the conservatory, he played in several bands and traveled the world as a keyboard player. Alongside that, he built a unique teaching practice in which he guides both young and older talent.

But throughout all of these experiences, one great dream always remained alive: composing his own piano music. Music with a raw edge, yet at the same time music that deeply touches the soul.

For Yono, this feels like coming home. The circle is complete. As a six-year-old child, he started playing the piano. What followed was a long musical journey filled with different experiences and discoveries. And now he finds himself exactly where it all began: behind the piano.

He has composed an entire piano album himself: The Journey, consisting of eight tracks. For him, this album tells the musical journey of life — a spiritual journey inward, inspired by the events and experiences of life.
